This policy applies to GULP, published by the developer using the GitHub account omeedjoon321, and this support website.
Information in the game
GULP does not require an account or ask for your name, email, location, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera. The current release has no advertising, in-app purchases, or enabled developer-operated analytics or gameplay-data collection service. We do not sell your gameplay information or share it with advertisers.
Progress and preferences
Your personal best score and preferences such as sound, reduced motion, and selected world are stored locally on your device. Active runs are not saved when the app is closed. GULP does not upload these saves to a developer-operated server or provide its own cloud-sync service. Operating-system backups or transfers may include app data according to your settings.
Retention and deletion
Local game information remains until replaced through gameplay or removed from your device. Deleting the app removes its local data; offloading keeps its documents and data. Copies in backups are managed separately through your device or backup settings. We do not hold a server-side copy of game saves.
Apple and device services
Apple may process App Store, backup, or diagnostic information under its own policies and your settings. If you share crash reports or feedback through Apple, the developer may receive information Apple makes available for troubleshooting. These services are separate from the game's local storage.
This website and support
This website is hosted on GitHub Pages. We do not add analytics scripts, advertisements, cookies, or third-party fonts. GitHub processes hosting and support information under its privacy statement. When you submit a support issue, GitHub processes your account information and the content you provide. Issues are public: do not include passwords, personal contact details, or other sensitive information. We use submitted details to answer questions and investigate problems. Issues remain until removed using GitHub's available controls.
Children's privacy
The game does not ask players of any age to provide personal information. A parent or guardian should handle support requests for a child and avoid including the child's personal details.
